Client Journey
A stress free and transparent renovation process that brings your dreams to life
1. CONSULTATION
All projects begin with an onsite consultation. One of our designers will meet you at your home / site to discuss your project, learn about your lifestyle and experience the site in context. At this meeting we will talk about various options for your project, assess the site and advise on an appropriate pathway that allows your vision to become reality. Following this meeting we will provide you with a fee proposal that will outline the agreed scope of works.
2. CONCEPT DESIGN
Our concept design phase is where we begin to turn your dreams into reality. We will develop detailed concept plans and elevations that capture the project brief to give you an idea of what your home / site could look like. We will present you with a variety of options for materials, finishes, lighting, fittings, planting, furniture, equipment etc. for your consideration. We will also prepare a budget estimate at this stage, so you can begin to understand what the project could cost and make decisions accordingly.
3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
By now we’ll have reached a point where decisions have been made and ideas are locked in. We will prepare the final design documentation and finishes, FFE and schedules. A final project budget will be prepared for your approval along with a construction timeline.
4. DESIGN MANAGEMENT -
CONSTRUCTION & INSTALLATION
During construction is where many projects fall off the rail. With our design management service, we will supervise your project and make sure it is installed to our design specifications. We will connect you with our trusted team of trades and builders, administer the contracts and oversee the day-to-day of your project, keeping you in the loop with regular project updates. All purchasing of product, co-ordination of deliveries and installation of furniture will be expertly taken care of. With our tried and tested procurement process and years of construction experience we will make sure your project is delivered on time and on budget.
5. STYLING & HAND OVER
Once the project has been installed we will add the finishing touches. Styling elements add personality to a space, whether it's art curation or custom cushions and unique vases, these final touches are truly the cherry on the cake. On project handover we will present you with your client binder that will include all design documentation, product manuals, warranties and cleaning instructions.
